If you forgot your password for Sysco Shop, you can request a password reset on Shop or the Shop Mobile app.
Your password for Sysco Shop is the same as your password for Sysco Portal, Delivery, and Pay. A password change will apply to all of our CX Platforms.
Reset your password on Shop Web
First go to https://shop.sysco.com/
Then enter your email address then click Next.
Click the Forgot my password link on the bottom of the screen.
Then enter your email address and click the Request Password Reset button.
You will receive a confirmation screen stating the email has been sent. After you receive the email from noreply@sysco.com, click the Reset Password button.
Enter your new password in both fields, then click Submit.
Password requirements:
Must be between 8-15 characters
May not contain any personal information
Must include one uppercase and one lowercase letter
Must include one number
Does not include the special characters ? or !
Cannot begin with a special character +
Cannot be the word password
Once your password has been reset, navigate back to Shop.Sysco.com and log in with your new password.
Reset your password on Shop Mobile
First, open the app.
Enter your email address on the home screen and tap Next.
Then, tap the Forgot my Password Link.
Enter your email and tap Request Password Reset.
You will receive a confirmation screen stating the email has been sent. After you receive the email from noreply@sysco.com, click the Reset Password button.
You'll be redirected to create your new password.
Password requirements:

Must include one number
Does not include the special characters ? or !
Cannot begin with a special character +
Cannot be the word password
Once your new password has been created, you'll be able to login!
