If you're already logged into our applications, you can easily access our in-app support team.
Sysco Portal
Click the Profile icon from anywhere within the application and select Help.
Shop Web
Hover over the Profile icon and select Help. A red badge will display if you have any unread messages from support.
Shop Mobile
Tap the More icon on the navigation bar, and then tap Help.
Delivery
Tap the menu button on the top of the screen (shown below at left). Next, tap Contact Support.
Reach Support when logged out
If you are not logged into any of our platforms, you still have access to our in-app support team! A chat icon will display on the login pages of Sysco Portal and Shop, as well as our mobile apps.
Shop Web and Portal
Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen to start a conversation.
Mobile apps (Shop and Delivery)
Tap the Help link at the bottom of the screen.
