Late Start, Rescheduling, and No‑Show Policy for Live Custom Demos (MSR Sessions only)
Live custom demos are scheduled for a specific start time and include a 10‑minute grace period. If the attendee has not joined within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be closed.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled event, as well as failure to attend the session at the scheduled time (including arrival after the grace period), are considered no‑shows.
Due to the time, preparation, and accommodations required to support live custom demos, only one reschedule is permitted for no‑shows.
If a session is closed due to a no‑show, the requester may submit a new intake request. Any future or alternate date requests may be reviewed based on availability. Accommodation is not guaranteed and may require adjustments on the Demo Center’s side.
